LEASING OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWING COMPANIES
650 West Street will design a lease to meet your budget and terms.
We have the flexibility to lease some or all of the 16,000 s.f. short, medium, or long term.
- Lease costs range from $10-16 per s.f. triple net based on the term of the lease, amount of space, and credit quality.
- Lease costs range from $16-22 per s.f. for all-inclusive rent, which includes power, water, HVAC, insurance, janitorial, and maintenance. Only phone costs would be additional.
- Lease costs may be credited towards the purchase of the building. Should you lease the building for a term of 15 years, you will be able to own the building at no additional cost.
- Leasees will also be granted an option to purchase the building anytime during their term.
- Lease terms can be negotiated with the average lease term at 4 years with options to renew.
